Hi, I’m sorry for the trouble you had with this action. I assume you have setup your Photoshop document correctly, and also run this action on several photos and having the same errors.

The most common errors in actions are usually caused by corrupted files of Photoshop preferences. In some cases, I even found the .atn file is damaged (I suspect this happened while unzipping). To fix that, I recommend you to re-download reset your Photoshop preferences and reinstall the action.

Below are a few steps that have proven successful to solve many problems:

  1. Delete/remove the current action. After it removed, please close your Photoshop. Re-download the action from your download page.
  2. Reset the Photoshop preferences. To do this, run/open your Photoshop. Hold down Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Win) / Command + Option + Shift (Mac) while the Photoshop is starting up. Keep holding the keys until a dialog window appears to asking if you want to delete the references/settings file. Please hit OK to reset your Photoshop preferences setting.
  3. Reinstall the “new action” you just downloaded.
  4. Open a photo to work with and run the action again

Sorry for my English. Hope this will help you out. Please do not hesitate to email me if you still need assistance.

Thank you and good luck. Djaja
